The Las Vegas Elks Helldorado Days takes over Downtown Las Vegas May 14-17, and Boyd Gaming’s The California and Main Street Station are the official host hotels for the Wild West weekend, offering food and drink specials and the Whiskerino Contest.
Head to the Pullman Grille inside Main Street Station on Saturday, May 16, at 2 p.m. to show off your facial locks. Full beards, mutton chops, goatees and handlebar moustaches all can enter contests for longest beard, best groomed beard, most unique beard, longest moustache, best moustache, best goatee, best overall and audience favorite.

The rodeo grounds are located at Symphony Park Avenue and Grand Central Parkway. Doors open for the rodeo at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, Friday, May 15, and Saturday, May 16, and the rodeo begins at 7:30 p.m. each night. Doors open at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, and the rodeo begins at 5 p.m.
B Connected members can show their card at the box office to get $5 off adult tickets for general admission seating.
Head to Triple 7 Restaurant & Microbrewery at Main Street Station for a special Helldorado Shootout Burger topped with Jack Daniel’s Whiskey barbecue sauce and “Whiskerino” onions for $6.99 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Add a Triple 7 brew for $2.
Tony Roma’s at the Fremont Hotel Casino is serving up the Hungry Cowboy’s Dinner for $23 with a 16-ounce rib eye steak, baked potato, green beans and a small salad. Diners 21 and older get a complimentary draft beer with the purchase of the special.
