Call it the Guy Fieri Effect. When his Diners, Drive Ins and Dives rolled into town earlier this year, one of the tricks Fieri had up his sleeve was to shoot John Mull’s Meats as a restaurant. Until then, the butcher shop just catered and processed and sold fresh meats under the Road Kill Grill name.
Now Vegas might have one tasty barbecue joint on the books. John Curtas reports that the Road Kill Grill officially opened on May 29.
Inside find a cafeteria-style dishing up of barbecue with brisket “served from a pan dripping with its juices; the pork is shredded and served in a sauce, and the house-made hot links are bathed in the stuff.”
Tasty sides include barbecue beans, all thanks to Fieri.
