Chef Luciano Pellegirini and Valentino join the Las Vegas Sunday brunch fray. Pellegrini plans to offer his fare with a twist every Sunday from 10:30AM to 3PM at the Venetian outpost of the restaurant.
The new menu includes a wild boar sausage scramble, house-smoked salmon omelet, a 5-ounce veal scaloppine with two eggs any style and eggs Benedette. While these treats show up on the a la carte menu, hungry diners can chow down on a four-course brunch for $39. Get snockered with $15 bottomless bubbles or $25 bottomless bloody Marys. [EaterWire]
