USA Today gets the jump on official word that Gordon Ramsay will be shipping his chef’s knives and caustic temperament to Las Vegas. The 274-seat Gordon Ramsay Steak will open this spring in Paris Las Vegas at the former home of Les Artistes Steakhouse. The Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares star already has more than a dozen eateries around the world, including his eponymous three-star Michelin London eatery.

Ramsay, 45, says he felt left out "with every top chef in the world there," but waited for the right opportunity.
USA Today reports that his new outpost will have a London feel, and serve UK favorites such as fish and chips and shepherd's pie in addition to prime cuts of beef.

Ramsay has worked with Guy Savoy and Joël Robuchon, who have their own digs at Caesars Palace and MGM Grand respectively.
