Word on the street is the Megan Romano, the former pastry chef at Aureole at Mandalay Bay and arguably the best pastry chef in Vegas, is opening her own bakery and cafe in March. We’re digging up information on her new digs, called Chocolate and Spice Bakery and Café, but the pastry diva extraordinaire will be serving up dessert at the James Beard House in New York City Feb. 2.
