It’s out with the old, in with the new at Bellagio. The Light Group is renovating Caramel Bar & Lounge, which closed in November, and reopening the space off the casino floor with Lily Bar & Lounge. The new space is a combination of a lounge with food from Fix Restaurant & Bar and nightclub by night, following in the footsteps of recently opened Hyde Lounge at Bellagio.

Spanish stone tables surrounded by ottomans and leather couches will play against the mahogany and golden colors of the decor. Two brass high-top tables will be the centerpiece of the design. As has become de rigueur in Vegas, a mixology program will highlight organic cocktails with intriguing ingredients. Lily will be open seven days a week from noon to 4 a.m. The 3,387-square-foot lounge plans to open in February.
