MIRAGE — Onda Ristorante & Wine Lounge continues its Discover Italy series. Beginning on the second Thursday of each month through June, the restaurant is offering a three-course prix fixe menu highlighting a new region for $55 with the option to add an unlimited premium wine pairing for $14. Through Thursday, Piedmont is the focus with dishes such as Porcini Gratinati con Crema di Polenta, agnolotti and the black truffle risotto on the menu.
