Gordon Ramsay Taking on Caesars Next

Gordon Ramsay Steak is set to debut as the gregarious chef’s first Vegas outpost at Paris Las Vegas. This was definitely expected as last year came word that he would open multiple Vegas projects. What’s interesting however is that Vegas outpost number two should open in the Bradley Ogden space at Caesars Palace by year end, which we previously reported would shutter.

And in other Caesars news, they have also quietly closed the doors to their buffet, Lago, which is undergoing a $17 million facelift. No word yet on what they’ll name it or reopening timeline. —David Morris
