Bellagio Culinary Dates Announced; Celebs Get Saucy

BELLAGIO — The Epicurean Epicenter Series returns to the Bellagio this spring with six months of culinary events beginning Saturday, Feb. 11. Sensi’s Royden Ellamar serves his sustainable dishes paired with pinot noir wines from Siduri Wines, Pisoni Vineyards and ROAR Wines. The event, which starts at 6:30 p.m. In the resort’s Tuscany Kitchen, is hosted by master sommelier and director of wine Jason Smith. Tickets are $195 per person. The resort also has Art & Wine: A Perfect Pairing on the second Wednesday of the month. Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art director Tarissa Tiberti and Smith feature wines from the Bellagio’s cellar while showcasing the Claude Monet: Impressions of Light exhibit. EXCALIBUR — Tomorrow night at 5 p.m., Buca di Beppo will immortalize Holly Madison, star of Peepshow, Laura Croft, host of Night School 4 Girls, Frank Marino, star of Divas Las Vegas and Nathan Burton, star of Nathan Burton Comedy Magic.
