Culinary Dropout Coming to the Strip

Fox Restaurant Concepts is preparing to bring their Scottsdale-based gastropub Culinary Dropout to the Strip. Much like their original Arizona sibling, the Vegas outpost will see a uniform-free staff and rustic décor in a space that aims to not only offer “amped up pub fare” but also serve as “a day-drinking and late-night destination with two-thirds of the menu dedicated to beer, wine and some pretty interesting cocktails.” The lease is being finalized, but we are told to expect an opening in several months. Story developing.  —David Morris
