Chef of the Century Joël Robuchon spent his weekend with 200 culinary students creating a Guinness-approved world's largest vat of mashed potatoes. It took less than six hours to mix the 2,297 pounds of mashed potatoes. The event celebrated the 25th anniversary of Le Futuroscope amusement park in Poitiers. Eater National has the video.
