MANDALAY BAY — Chef and deejay Hubert Keller has a new cookbook coming out Oct. 30 and wants to give fans a chance to try some of the recipes during a prix fixe dinner at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2. Souvenirs: Stories & Recipes From My Life showcases anecdotes, photography and recipes from France, South America, the United States and beyond. The dinner at Fleur by Hubert Keller is $85 per person or, for $120 per person, the dinner will include an autographed cookbook signed table side by Chef Keller himself.
