Meat & Three May Open Sometime This Week

Just a quick update on Meat & Three, the Southern cafeteria restaurant coming soon from Chris Herrin in Henderson. He says the Southern Nevada Health District plans to do its walkthrough on Wednesday at 3 p.m. and the restaurant may be able to open soon after.

When open, expect to choose from an assortment of meats and sides such as beef brisket, fried chicken and Salisbury steak along with scalloped mashed potatoes, hushpuppies and fried artichokes. Herrin, who already has Bread & Butter in the same shopping complex, plans to serve 12 different puddings as well.
