Pigs and Wine Come Together at Nove; GNR Cocktails

PALMS — Nove Italiano and Labor Wines introduce the Sunday Feast, a new quarterly family-style dinner. The first event Labor Wines, Local Swine takes place on Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. Included in the $75 dinner, four courses from Geno Bernardo paired with Labor Wines from founder and Las Vegas resident Corey Nyman. Conversation-starter cards help get people talking. Dishes include spicy pork rinds, braised pork belly and cured Italian meats for hors d'oeuvres, pumpkin soup with crackling, Little Gem Salad with crispy pig ears, Heritage Pork cannelloni with wild mushrooms, whole swine "head to tail" served family style and for dessert, bacon chocolate cookies, bacon brittle, chocolate bacon cupcakes with Nutella and chocolate-covered bacon. HARD ROCK HOTEL — Now the resort has cocktails inspired by Guns N' Roses in anticipation of the band's Appetite for Democracy residency.
