The Inspiration Behind Rattlecan — The Pickleback

Chef to the chefs Sammy DeMarco planned to open Rattlecan at the Venetian last Monday, but construction is still under way. In the meantime, take a look at the inspiration for the restaurant, the pickleback shots. Guests who drink one of these shots — Jameson whiskey with a pickle juice chaser — will earn a token to ride a custom-built mechanical pickle parked in front of the joint.
