VENETIAN — Delmonico Steakhouse is holding its annual weekend truffle dinner Nov. 9-10. Chef Ronnie Rainwater created a menu that features white and black truffles. Some of the a la carte dishes include a petite filet with fresh black truffle Bordelaise and petite lobster tail with white truffle Sabayon, rabbit fricassee over pappardelle pasta with roasted root vegetables and fresh black truffles and white truffle panna cotta with black truffle caramel and shortbread cookies. WESTSIDE — Roy's Restaurant is offering a taste of fall with the launch of its three-course fall prix fixe menu for $36.95 per person. Crispy rock shrimp wontons, butternut squash soup and apple and quinoa salad make the appetizers, while entrees include pork "Katsu," Togarashi salmon and Peking-style chicken.
