Oh, how the healthy is coming to Summerlin. Here comes My Healthy Meal, yes, a healthy eating option with organic, portion-controlled meals. Inside, executive chef Cindy Chartrand plans to offer a customizable to-go menu starting in December.
Diners can choose meals based on their individual dietary goals and nutritional needs with options such as gluten free, low carbohydrate, high carbohydrate, low-calorie and more. Salads, seafood, beef, chicken, flatbreads, vegetarian and raw foods options make the menu. Guests can also order meals for several days in advance.
