McCall's Heartland Grill Plants Its Steaks at the Stratosphere

Now diners at the Stratosphere have a restaurant in the niche between Roxie's Diner and Top of the World. Today, McCall's Heartland Grill opened its doors to the world, serving lunch and dinner.

Stratosphere executive chef Rick Giffen created the "coastal yet Midwestern-inspired" menu at this Rocky Mountain meets cowboy chic cross between a steakhouse and coastal grill.

A patio-style bar greets guests to the right while an area with the wine of the day replete with samples awaits guests as they mingle before being seated.

McCall's Heartland Grill is part of the $20 million renovation of the resort. The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with the dinner menu available all day long.
