Meat & Three Serves Up Southern Fare Starting Today

So it looks like highly anticipated Meat & Three plans a soft opening today. The restaurant from Chris Herrin of Bread & Butter fame will serve the first 50 people who walk through the doors with a meat and three sides for $14.95 with pretzels and pimento cheese.

When fully open, the Southern cafeteria plans to have a choice of meats and sides such as beef brisket, fried chicken and Salisbury steak along with scalloped mashed potatoes, hushpuppies and fried artichokes. Look for 12 different puddings as well.
