This weekend, the Nevada Wild Fest takes over the Rio and part of the fun includes chefs from local restaurants conducting live cooking demonstrations and tastings. Chefs from Fix, Tao Asian Bistro, Lavo, Nove Italiano, Marche Bacchus, Culinary Dropout, Ferraro's and Central by Michel Richard will be participating in hour-long demonstrations where they will talk about their dishes, the ingredients they use and hints that might help those attending who want to expand their culinary skills at home.
Also on hand, 20 food trucks and 45 food vendors. Here's a look at the chefs who will be on hand Friday through Sunday.
Friday, Oct. 26
