Professional Bull Riders Are in Town, Meaning Specials

LUXOR — Tender Steak & Seafood is offering the Tomahawk Jack during the PBR World Finals. The dish pairs a Tomahawk Chop and Jack Daniel's flight for $95 per person. The Tomahawk Chop features a grilled 30-ounce long-bone Tomahawk Angus beef rib eye chop, accompanied by roasted fingerling potatoes, exotic mushrooms and caramelized onions. The Jack Daniel's flight includes a flight of Jack Daniel's, Gentleman Jack and Jack Daniel's Single Barrel. The restaurant will also offer the Game Meat Tasting Platter for $55 per person. The tasting menu includes Wyoming range-fed American bison rib eye served with maple-flavored baked beans and duck bacon, Colorado Rocky Mountain elk medallion with huckleberry sauce and cherry fig chutney; and Texas Hill-Country wild boar spare ribs served with a roasted white corn salad. Fans are invited to watch all the action during the Pabst Blue Ribbon Party Barn viewing parties at PBR Rock Bar from 6 to 8:30 p.m. through Oct. 27 and 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 28. The bar features $5 Pabst Blue Ribbon cans and drafts and $5 Jack Daniel's cocktails while they watch the events.
