The Bar Goes In at Kim Canteenwalla's Honey Salt

Can't get enough news on Honey Salt. Now the bar is in at the new restaurant from the first couple of Las Vegas' culinary scene — Society Cafe's Kim Canteenwalla and his wife, über-restaurant maven Elizabeth Blau.

The restaurant taking over the Nora's Wine Bar and Osteria space in Rampart Commons across from Boca Park removed the old bar and moved it to the other side of the room. Already the Nora's sign has come down outside the space.

When it opens, expect to find craft cocktails and farm-to-table dishes inspired by the couple's trips. Joseph Zanelli, formerly at Lakeside at Wynn Las Vegas, will be in the kitchen as the executive chef. Look for a Halloween opening for the lunch and dinner spot with weekend brunches that plans to seat 140.
