The latest Michelin guide covering New York hits bookstores today, and while 2009 was the last time a similar guide came out in Las Vegas, several restauranteurs with ties to Sin City made the list. Eater New York has the entire list from the Michelin New York 2013 dining guide, but here's a look at the big winners in Vegas.
Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Jean Georges earned the coveted three stars. He has Prime Steakhouse at the Bellagio and Jean Georges Steakhouse at Aria. ?
Masa from Masa Takayama earned three stars. He has BarMasa and Tetsu at Aria.
Thomas Keller's Per SE also landed three stars. He has Bouchon at the Venetian and plans to open a second Bouchon Bakery there by Thanksgiving.
On the two-star list, Gordon Ramsay at the London. The shouty chef has Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas, announced Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace and a third concept, Flame Burger at Planet Hollywood Resort. ?
Charlie Palmer's Aureole in New York received one star. He has Aureole at Mandalay Bay and Charlie Palmer Steak at the Four Seasons.

Hakkasan in New York made its debut in the guide with one star. Hakkasan plans to open a five-story nightclub/restaurant in April 2013 at the MGM Grand.
