Aliante Changes Hands Bringing 3 New Restaurants

Aliante Station changes hands on Nov. 1, and with the switcheroo comes new restaurants. New dining destinations include Bistro 57, The Salted Lime and Medley Buffet.

Bistro 57 offers up "a lively and modern atmosphere inspired by the flavors of Europe." The Salted Lime takes over the Cabo space to bring a margarita bar and restaurant with more than 40 tequilas behind the bar. Medley Buffet takes over the Feast Buffet.

Aliante Station originally opened in 2008, the final piece in the Stations Casino chain of resorts. Aliante Gaming LLC took over ownership while Station Casinos continued to manage the property last November. Beginning Thursday, Aliante Gaming LCC will self-manage the renamed 200-room hotel in North Las Vegas.
