McCall's Heartland Grill puts together subtle cowboy chic decor with Rocky Mountain architecture to create a mid-priced restaurant at the Stratosphere. The restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, features stacked stones and an earth-toned palette for an approachable menu of steaks and seafood. Cowboy chic treatments show up on the faux ostrich leather chairs and cowboy boot-inspired booths.

A private dining room seating 20 shares a lit fireplace with the dining room with room for 157. A bar in a patio setting overlooks the dining room at the front.

At the front, guests can sample wines while they wait for their tables. Step into the bar for a happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. daily with $2 champagne and mimosas, $3 well drinks and half-priced bottles of featured wines.
