Cutthroat Culinary plans a six-course dining event at Bread & Butter Nov. 7-8. Chefs Christian Dollas and Grady Parker are planning the event.
The dinner includes a tomato salad, followed by a glazed duck breast, hamachi and carpaccio, filet of sea bass, hanger steak and a foie gras tiramisu.
