Bagatelle Beach & Supper Club is finally ready to show off what's inside when it opens tonight with "Night of Masks," a sneak peek into what's to come.
The party kicks off two weeks of peeks inside the supper club portion of the venue at the Tropicana Las Vegas. The soft opening gives anxious guests who can't wait for the grand opening on Nov. 16 a chance to dine on chef John Zamarchi's menu with its South of France flavors. Look for dishes such as gnocchi a la Parisienne made with housemade gnocchi, black truffle pesto filling and truffle sauce; tartare de Thon Bagatelle with Ahi tuna tartare, avocado salad, lime soy vinaigrette and taro chips; coquillettes au jus truffés with elbow pasta, truffle veal jus, French ham and Swiss cheese; and truffled roasted chicken for two with country-style potatoes and foie gras sauce.
The restaurant will feature seating for 500 guests in its an indoor and outdoor venue that includes two private dining rooms and a private outdoor dining pavilion.
Sadly, Bagatelle's brunch doesn't debut until the end of December while the beach club will make its entrance in the spring. When the beach club opens next spring, guests can find an additional 250-seat outdoor restaurant offering Mediterranean-style dining; a sanded area where guests can play beach volleyball and 18 cabanas. The facility will also be home to an outdoor concert venue for 3,000 people.
