Victor Drai's $50 million nightclub destined for the roof of Bill's Gamblin' Hall is definitely a go, rumor has it that the impresario will NOT be running the hotel operations. Instead, New York City-based Gansevoort Hotels will manage the soon-to-be renovated property for Caesars Entertainment.
It certainly seems a fitting choice as the group is well known for their raucous Manhattan pool parties (which will be de rigor on the roof deck during Vegas summers). Gansevoort Hotels also have a long-standing history of partnering with nightlife consortiums, such as the principals behind Provocatuer and The ONE Group.
Though there is no word yet on the projects culinary offerings, the latter operates the Italian-inspired Asellina inside the Gansevoort Park. Developing.
