Canteenwalla OUT at Society Cafe; Honey Salt Expansion

Even though Honey Salt has only been open for two weeks, chef Kim Canteenwalla decided to leave his Society Cafe at Encore Las Vegas at the end of the month.

Canteenwalla opened Society Cafe four years ago when Encore debuted.

Canteenwalla and his wife Elizabeth Blau, the first couple of culinary in Vegas, already have plans to expand Honey Salt to additional cities. The couple also wants to add a bakery and a proprietary product line to the mix.
