Looks like Monta Ramen has a new contender for authentic Japanese ramen in Vegas. Fukumimi Ramen just opened on the east side of town, taking over the former Oh! Nigiri space.
Look for dishes such as Tonkotsu (pork bone), Tori (chicken), cold tomato and Tan Tan Men (Szechuan style) shio ramen on the menu, as well as appetizers like gyoza, edamame and kimchi. Everything on the menu is under $10.
Right now, the restaurant has a beer-only license with only Miller, Miller Lite and Sapporo making the menu.
