Get your Sharpies ready, folks. Culinary king Thomas Keller makes a stop in Vegas to tout his new cookbook Bouchon Bakery with his executive pastry chef Sebastien Rouxel.
Keller plans to be at Bouchon Bakery at the Venetian from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Nov. 26.
Keller is getting ready to unveil his second Bouchon Bakery location at the Venetian, with this one in the Clock Tower. The 829-square-foot, bi-level space will feature the bakery on the bottom level right on the Strip and an upper level serving up gelato at the bridge from the Mirage to the Venetian.
The original Bouchon Bakery is still dishing up Keller's take on childhood favorites near the Venetian Theatre.
