JW MARRIOTT — Ceres just launched its JW Signature Breakfast menu. New dishes include candied pecan waffles with maple ice cream; a breakfast croissant sandwich with fried eggs, tomato, bacon, cheddar cheese and avocado; a Southwestern breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, chorizo, caramelized onions, black beans, Monterey and cheddar cheeses and jalapeños all in a flour tortilla and topped with guacamole, salsa and sour cream; signature omelet with brie, asparagus and chives; eggs Florentine with two poached eggs, sautéed spinach and Hollandaise sauce on top of a toasted English muffin; and more. The restaurant also offers a tea service with an individual timer for each guest to ensure perfect brewing with every cup. Signature teas include organic black tea, tropical green tea, chamomile tea, organic Earl Grey tea, organic spring jasmine tea and organic mint mélange tea.
