PARIS LAS VEGAS — Sugar Factory American Brasserie has introduced a new menu complete with dozens of new dining and cocktail selections. Sugar Factory's new executive chef Matthew Piekarski has added an array of selections including popcorn shrimp with remoulade slaw and classic horseradish cocktail sauce, and the spiced honey glazed chicken wings tossed in house-made sauce. New sandwiches include the grilled ham and brie sandwich, double grilled cheese BLT and the grilled Prime steak. New pizza selections include prosciutto pizza topped with spiced pear chutney, imported brie, fennel and roasted peppers and finished with truffle oil and the bacon and artichoke pizza made with roasted garlic, mozzarella, fontina and parmesan. New entrees include a Bouillabaisse and spicy shrimp pasta. For dessert, a S'Mores crepe and the rocky road pizza. [EaterWire]
