Linner is served. The final Project Dinner Table of the year plans to be a combination of lunch and dinner when it takes place on Sunday, Nov. 11, at 2 p.m. at Symphony Park at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. Chefs from the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas take over the kitchen for the event.
The evening starts with the Cosmo mixologists and food from Wicked Spoon, which will make the libations and hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour. Diners will then be transported to classical France with a modern twist with charcuterie and soup from Comme Ca. Next will be the house-made pasta course by Scarpetta. STK will follow with premium cuts of meat. For the seafood lovers, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill will provide the freshest catch of the day. Estiatorio Milos will finish the meal with an array of its Greek desserts.
Project Dinner Table will make a donation to Communities in Schools Nevada.
This marks the 18th edition of Project Dinner Table, with 17 sellouts to date. The pop-up dinner takes place at one long white table that accommodates up to 175 guests.
