Just a quick update to Project M, the coming Downtown restaurant from mogul Michael Morton. A publicist for Morton says there will be no live music at the joint, intel that is contrary to information presented in a public hearing and in public documents.
Tapas and Spanish cuisine are NOT included in this project, which is information contrary to what Morton's attorney Thomas Amick presented to the Las Vegas City Council earlier this month.
Morton does report he still plans to open in March 2013 and the restaurant will be called Project M.
The 3,320-square-foot restaurant will accommodate 100 and feature a 320-square-foot enclosed patio on Sixth Street.
