First up, the Down for the Count cocktail at RM Seafood at Mandalay Bay. JR Starkus created the drink with Casa Noble Anejo Tequila, St. Germain, Fernet Branca, fresh lemon, agave nectar and Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters.
Hyde Bellagio is offering an egg nog liquid nitrogen cocktail just for Cocktail Week for $18.
Strip House at Planet Hollywood Resort has an Apple Pear Martini for $12.
