Holiday Dinners All Month at Botero, Lakeside

ENCORE LAS VEGAS — Chef Mark LoRusso created a five-course tasting menu at Botero inspired by seasonal produce and ingredients found at the Downtown 3rd Street Farmer's Market. The chef's menu includes bay scallops with kabocha squash risotto and Meyer lemon and slow-roasted prime rib with rosemary popovers and creamed spinach. WYNN LAS VEGAS — Chef David Walzog presents a four-course holiday tasting menu at Lakeside. The menu features foie gras terrine with arugula, pear and white truffle vinaigrette, oven-roasted whole black bass with braised fennel, leeks and chestnut-Armagnac cream and warm pumpkin spice bread pudding with glazed pecans and maple ice cream. The $85 prix fixe meal is available from Dec.1-24.
