Meet the Grandiose, one of the new collection from the wine cocktail menu from Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace. Manager Sam Berkley created the new list with no spirits, just wine.
The Grandiose features Paul Goerg champagne, Chateau Nairac Deuxieme Crus, essential oils from a white truffle and is garnished with a dehydrated lemon, caviar, edible flower and a gold flake.
The cost? A cool $50.
