Alain Ducasse celebrates the 25th anniversary of his Michelin three-star Le Louis XV in Monaco next week, and now the roster of 240 chefs who plan to attend is out. Chefs from more than 25 countries representing 300 Michelin stars make the list that includes Wolfgang Puck, Francois Payard, Joel Robuchon and Joe Bastianich.
