Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio, who also has Craftsteak is at MGM Grand and a new restaurant coming to the Mirage in the Kokomo's space, says he never thought the show would last for 10 seasons. "I had no idea what to expect, but I figured three or four seasons" he tells the Las Vegas Sun. He also says the judges and contestants "can't fake that because we aren't actors." [LVS]
