The European gelateria, creperie and cremerie Chocolat Bistro starts serving up its delectable desserts today at the Palms. Inside the restaurant with roots in Milan, Italy, find crepes, handcrafted chocolates, fruity gelatos and desserts, desserts, desserts.
The bistro takes over the former Hart & Huntington Tattoo Co., transforming it into a candyland with wood tones, caramel accents and chandeliers that look as tasty as the treats.
Chocolat Bistro first came to the United States in 2008, opening in the Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego.
Chocolat Bistro is open seven days a week Sunday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.
