DOWNTOWN — The first Las Vegas Tea Fest kicks off this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Arts Factory. The day includes tea sampling and sipping, educational courses and tea ceremonies. Afterward, Bar + Bistro chef Beni Velasquez and mixologist Scott Hartmann are offering a tea-inspired, four-course dinner. The legendary Seattle bartender does not have health insurance so events and fund-raisers have taken place across the country to help Stenson.
