SHOPPES AT THE PALAZZO — Table 10 celebrates winter with a dinner and wine pairing on Dec. 14. Chef Tim Doolittle plans to serve a five-course tasting of the winter menu with dishes such as New Orleans baked oysters Rockefeller, seared sea scallops with butternut squash and fFresh horseradish-crusted beef tenderloin all paired wines. PALAZZO — Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro has a $75 prix fixe menu with Bordeaux pairings all month. The dinner includes Boggiato Farms baby iceberg with house dried cherry tomatoes, spring red onion, applewood smoked bacon and blue d'auvergne dressing paired with a white Blason Timberlay Bordeaux 2009. Entree includes a New York steak served with pencil asparagus, potato puree, morel mushroom sauce and paired with a red Chateau d' Arthus Bordeaux 2009.
