Looks like Joël Robuchon is continuing his quest for world domination. Now comes word the 28 Michelin star chef plans to open his eighth L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon restaurant at The Aayu, a 42-suite luxury hotel opening in Mumbai, India, next December. Robuchon, who has L'Atelier as well as his eponymous restaurant the MGM Grand, plans to have a tea lounge, pastry shop and a collection of fine wines in the space. [TTG Asia]
