Take a look inside Red Square, the Russian-themed bar and restaurant that just reopened at Mandalay Bay. The Light Group took over management of the space, which renovated kitchen.

The Light Group's executive chef Brian Massie gave the menu a makeover as well, updating classic Russian dishes such as tuna tartare and chicken Kiev, plus overseeing the extensive caviar menu.

The decor still reflects the Soviet theme of before including a massive headless statue of Vladimir Lenin replete with faux bird droppings

The Ice Bar and private vodka vault remain replete with the frozen head of Lenin boxed up. The vodka collection here is one of the tops in the city. Be sure to look for the extensive list of martinis and other vodka cocktails created by The Light Group's team of master mixologists.
