Meet Kelly's Prime Steak & Seafood, the steakhouse that just took over the former Ruth's Chris space on Paradise Road. The restaurant is an outpost of the Kelly's of Naples on Naples Island in Long Beach, Calif.

Here diners can find lunch and dinner as well as a weekend brunch. Executive chef Robert Banghart serves up dishes such as filet and scampi, filet Oscar, steak Diane and Chateaubriand for two along with seafood dishes such as pan-seared salmon, diver scallops and spiny lobster tails. The restaurant specializes in baked mac and cheese with bacon or lobster. A variety of eggs Benedict variations make the brunch menu.

Banghart started his career at the Publick House Historic Inn & Restaurant in Chester, N.J., and went on to work at Wolfgang Puck's Spago at the Forum Shops at Caesars and Emeril Lagasse's Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian.

The restaurant is open from 11 to midnight seven days.
