Here's a Look at the Entire Menu at Andrea's

Andrea's executive chef Joseph Elevado has been busy, busy, busy putting together the eight-page menu for the restaurant that plans to open Dec. 28 at Encore Las Vegas. Now the entire menu is out for the Asian restaurant.

Andrea's will serve up "vibe dining," as the restaurant calls it. Look for a regular menu as well as a late-night option. Some of the dishes include noodles and rice dishes such as Dungeness crab fried rice, seared scallops with garlic noodles and duck confit lo mein. Saikyo miso black cod, whole crispy fish and five-spice garlic lobster make the main menu. Specialty rolls include Wagyu beef and lobster and King crab and fluke.

The restaurant, which takes the place of Switch, plans to be a part of Surrender Nightclub with nightly deejays and Steve Angello of Swedish House Mafia curating the music.
