Greens & Proteins plans to open its second location in January at 9809 W. Flamingo Road. "Like the current spot, the new Greens & Proteins is located in the same plaza as a Las Vegas Athletic Club outpost, and like its predecessor, it will offer healthy versions of lunchtime favorites like bison cheesesteaks, turkey burgers and flatbread pizzas."
