LAS VEGAS — Grimaldi's Pizzeria will feature amaretto cheesecake starting Jan. 1. The almond cheesecake with a splash of Amaretto Disaronno and a toasted almond sugar cookie crust goes for $5 each. Butterscotch Toffee cheesecake is also still available through the month of January and is made with an Oreo cookie and toffee crust and topped with whipped cream and chunks of Heath bar. [EaterWire]
