After winning the third season of the reality-television series Last Comic Standing, Alonzo Bodden has been taking off in the world of comedy. He appeared in Bringing Down the House and protected Leslie Nielsen in Scary Movie 4. Enjoying time in front of the camera, Bodden hosted numerous shows on the Speed and Travel channels and regularly appears on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Bodden most recently rules the podcast world, as he is a panelist on NPR's "Wait Wait Don't Tell Me" and KPCC's "Comedy Congress." Bodden will be headlining Brad Garrett's Comedy Club in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand from Dec 3-9. Here he shares his favorite places to dine in Las Vegas.

Where do you enjoy eating when you're not working?
I love the Burger Bar in Mandalay Place. I'm a simple eater and I love burgers. This place makes the burger an experience. Personally I like Buffalo burgers. I've yet to try the $60 Rossini burger. 60 bucks for a burger? I'm not that funny yet.

I like the Grand Lux Cafe in the Venetian. I know it's a chain restaurant but it's always open late at night after the second show and the menu has everything from breakfast to spaghetti. I know I'm supposed to call it pasta but again, I'm simple.

Finally I love Sugar Factory American Brasserie in Paris Las Vegas. The shakes are unbelievable

What dishes are most memorable?
At the Burger Bar I get the Buffalo Burger with Swiss cheese bacon and grilled onions, then add skinny fries and tell yourself its a healthy meal.

Everything is pretty good at Grand Lux I like late-night breakfasts. Just try not to fill up on delicious brown bread. That's right, I still eat carbs. I know, shoot me.

At Sugar Factory, get a shake and get out. You will be tempted to get a sundae. If you do, I can't be held responsible for how huge and how delicious that really is. You'll tell yourself you'll work it off on the treadmill, but you won't.

Why do you enjoy going there?
The Burger Bar is a place I go for the food I love the gourmet burger experience. I like watching the late-night, post-club partiers at Grand Lux. Listen closely and you can hear the guys lying to the women. The Sugar Factory? It's another great late night after the show hang out. You can watch beautiful young women eat their troubles away.

I love steak too. Try Craftsteak. Buffet? The Bellagio for breakfast and brunch. Healthy eating and counting calories? Vegas is the wrong town. Go to LA where you'll feel guilty for eating anything more than air with a side of free range celery.
